Gentle, elementary yoga poses and their application in everyday life: sitting, standing, bending, walking.
Expect to gain strength, length and flexibility.
Small group size facilitates personalized instruction.

Chair-Yoga in Balance for People with MS
This class is designed for people with Multiple Sclerosis.
Learn how to prevent injury, how to reduce habitual tension and how to sit comfortably.
You will practice stretching, breathing and relaxation while sitting.
This class is intimate, supportive and a lot of fun!
